The stitch inclinations determine how the stitches will be arranged inside an outline. By adjusting the stitch inclination you can change and improve the stitch effect in order to obtain the best result from your embroidery: a proper inclinations management is crucial for obtaining high-quality embroideries. The inclinations management is always available in the column, satin and tatami stitch modes.

In the following example we will look at a satin before the use of inclinations and after the inclination improvement. Without inclinations you can see that the stitches are not correctly deposited:
